Every year, Critical Mass presented to Dell ‘Big Ideas’, a collection of new and innovative ideas to engage Dell’s customers and improve their shopping experience. The Dell eStore was one of the ideas presented. It’s a virtual online store with live online customer representatives. The idea is that customers can chat or ask questions about products while they are shopping online. The live rep. can even take you through the entire buying process (including check out), resulting in a more humane online shopping experience.
